The Caddy Life has the most comprehensive safety equipment in its class for a reassuring driving experience at all times: four airbags and the electronic stabilisation programme ESP are standard. The options available include turning lights which provide optimal illumination of the road on bends or when turning off into roads with poor visibility. The optional hill holder ensures convenient vehicle handling on slopes as it prevents the vehicle from rolling back. It comes as standard on the Caddy 4MOTION and the Caddy Life with BlueMotion Technology.

The airbags offer comprehensive protection.
A driver’s airbag, front passenger airbag and two side airbags protect you in the event of an accident – and they come as standard. In addition, the front area can be equipped with head/thorax airbags if required. The front passenger airbag can be deactivated via a switch in the glove compartment.
| The load is securely stowed, too.The optional net partition offers protection from loose items during sudden braking manoeuvres. It can be secured to mounting points behind the B and C pillars and rolled together when not required. For stowing items securely there are four lashing eyes in the load compartment of the new Caddy Life (on the Caddy Maxi Life there are six). The lashing eyes are standard equipment. |
