Depending on the selected online language, there is also a connection to the Wikipedia knowledge database and “ChatGPT” artificial intelligence. Note: ChatGPT answers may vary, contain incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant information, and infringe upon third-party rights. Accordingly, do not rely on the answers without checking them based on other sources of information. Furthermore, make sure that the use or dissemination of the responses, e.g. on social media or online, does not infringe upon any third-party rights (particularly copyrights or data protection rights).Please do not input any secret or sensitive data into the online voice assistant, particularly your Volkswagen ID login details or other secret login details and passwords. The language you can use to interact with the voice assistant depends on the language selected in your infotainment system. This is also responsible for the voice assistant functions, which may vary depending on the set language. The voice assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI). You interact with AI when you use the voice assistant and/or when the AI (artificial intelligence) symbol is shown in the infotainment screen (available depending on model and equipment). If you consent to the processing of your location data for the online voice assistant, or add location information to your voice request, you will also receive location-specific search results. Depending on your vehicle’s software version, you may give consent while connecting your vehicle with your Volkswagen ID user account, or subsequently in your Volkswagen ID user account or via the link https://www.myvolkswagen.net/start/en/onlinespeechconsent.html, which is also displayed in your vehicle infotainment system in the form of a code (available depending on model and equipment).
